McHenry Motorsports Abarth Cup 2009

Fiat Uno racer Barry John McHenry makes the jump up to Ireland’s top one make saloon racing series, The Dunlop Abarth Cup for 2009. Barry-John, who runs his own business, McHenry Car Sales, was a championship contender in Unos last year but is well aware of the challenge ahead of him this year.

Rather than preparing the car himself, as in previous years, Barry John has signed a deal with Kildare based BT Racing, a multi championship winning team. “I know their car preparation is second to none” he said, “so I can just concentrate on my driving on race weekends and running my business during the week!”
