If you are travelling to Ireland during the summer months there are countless beautiful beaches all along the Cork and Kerry coasts that will make a great day out for all the family.

If you are travelling off season or it’s raining outside, there are also indoor water parks for the kids. For example, check out the Aquadome in Tralee, or the water park in Tramore.

Another fun option would be to visit one of the many petting farms dotted around the region that allow kids to experience farm life up close. Meanwhile, Oceanworld in Dingle, County Kerry gives a close up view of the underwater world.

With a host of outdoor activities such as surfing, kayaking, horse riding, sailing, golf and pitch and putt in abundance in the region, there is no need for your kids to be bored.
